Apex Pressure Washing is a full service roof cleaning, pressure washing company. 

We can clean many areas of your home including driveways, sports courts and  patios.  We am fully insured,  licensed and a local company.

What we will do while we are working at your home:

• Inspect your roof and do any repairs that need immediate attention before we start washing your roof.
  
• Gently wash your roof using the lowest possible pressure to ensure your roof is clean but not damaged.  (By doing this we remove the debris, moss, lichen, algae and mold which grow on roofs here in the Northwest)
  
• Clean all debris out of your gutters and make sure they are working properly.
  
• Wash the exterior of your home to remove any debris from your roof.  (It is our goal to have your home cleaner when we leave than it was when we arrived.  We will take care not to damage any plants and if needed I will cover them with tarps)
  
• Weather permitting, treatment will be applied the same day.  

Before we arrive at your home we ask that all windows and doors be closed.

Please inform me of any known weak seals that may leak such as doors.  It is best to place a towel at the doors to help incase any water does get in.  If you are aware of any exterior bird nest or bee’s nest please inform me so we can work around them or remove them at no extra charge.
